During the Final Event of the PNRR project SAMOTHRACE, held on 8 of April 2026, in Catania, Italy, at the Monastero dei Benedettini, a demo of the Array Sensor (FAST) (currently under development in the contect of EmergeNOW) was demonstrated.
The demonstration highlighted the ongoing commitment of the University of Catania, and specifically the Department of Chemical Sciences (DSC) and the Department of Agriculture, Food and Environment (Di3A), to developing user friendly tools for postharvest crop protection.
